Every product from your contract is preloaded. Quote by section, save all vehicles at once. Prior versions are archived, never overwritten.

Charter vehicles are free-sale — mark sold-out only when you have to. Join-in tours run on days you open in the departure calendar.

Action bookings
Confirm or decline within 24 hours. A booking not declined by then auto-confirms — decline early if you can't operate.
